The actress became a star on TV when she played Michelle Tanner at nine months old in the show Full House sharing the role alongside her twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen. The twins starred in a number of films in the 1990s, and became the owners of their own fashion labels. She was in two of episodes from the Showtime series Weeds starring Mary Louise Parker. She has been known for the role of Judy Kramer on Fox's 2005 Point Pleasant series and Marcy in the Dawson's Creek series. In the Guiding Light soap opera, Dollar played Marina Cooper. This role has earned her an award nomination from the Soap Opera Digest magazine in 2003 for Outstanding newcomer. From 2007 through 2008 Dollar appeared as Cindy Thomas on the ABC television show Women's Murder Club. Dollar was a part of NBC's 2012 pilot Happy Valley but it was not aired.
